UPON PRUCHASE OF THIS PRINT YOU ARE AGREEING TO THIS ARTWORK PURCHASE AGREEMENT

-. Purchase Price The total purchase price for the artwork is $30. 

-. Non-Commercial Use The Buyer agrees that the purchased artwork is for personal use only and may not be used for any commercial purposes. Commercial purposes include, but are not limited to, any form of reproduction, distribution, or display of the artwork for profit, in advertising, in promotional materials, or as part of any merchandise.

-. Ownership and Copyright Ownership of the physical artwork is transferred to the Buyer upon full payment. However, all copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the artwork remain with the Artist. The Artist retains the right to reproduce, display, and use images of the artwork for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, portfolios, and exhibitions.

-. No Alterations The Buyer agrees not to alter, modify, or create derivative works based on the artwork without the prior written consent of the Artist.

-. Return Policy All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

-. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state/province of Michigan, and any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Michigan.

-. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
